About the Role

This position is part of the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services team, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking tax preparation assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with tax return preparation, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
