About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our distribution center team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of merchandise throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and order selectors, to move merchandise throughout the distribution center.
  • Handle full cases of product, including lifting and stacking merchandise up to 50 lbs, and maintaining accurate documentation and information to facilitate the flow of merchandise.
  • Comprehend and follow written and verbal directions, use basic math skills to verify quantities, and operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners.
  • Inspect merchandise items to ensure accurate quality and brand specifications, and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety, hazardous material, and OSHA training rules and reporting.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Training course in English and meet productivity standards.
  • Previous forklift experience required.
  • Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, brands, locations, and required overtime.
  • Must be able to work well with others and ensure a safe work environment.
