Job SummaryWe are seeking a Medication Technician to join our team at Brookdale Staunton. As a Medication Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering and assisting with medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers and observe/report responses to supervisors.
- Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications.
- Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
As a Medication Technician at Brookdale Staunton, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $18.25 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including:
