Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Creative Therapy Solution.

About Our Team

Creative Therapy Solution is a BCBA-owned applied behavior analytic practice that believes every person deserves to be seen regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Our approach is to teach self-determination skills to children with disabilities and their parents using evidence-based assessments and treatments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the supervisor.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and data collection daily.
  • Complete online billing accordingly to the insurance codes authorized and submit in the specified timeframe.
  • Meet regularly with Supervisor and participate in consultations in-person with client and BCBA.
  • Attend introductory and ongoing training.
  • Communicate in a professional, confidential, and respectful manner with clients, parents, behavior analysts, and other members of the community.
Requirements
  • Complete a fingerprint clearance card.
  • Complete a 40-hour training program (conducted by a BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List.
  • Pass the RBT Competency Assessment.
  • Reliable transportation (proof of valid driver's license and auto insurance required).
  • Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, including offices, homes, schools, and other locations in the community.
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 35 pounds.
  • The position requires physically prompting clients and requires the ability to move quickly from one location to another to support the client and staff.
  • All employees are expected to follow all safety rules and policies.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
