We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional care as Home Health Aides in the Gloucester area for our clients at CareConnect.
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
About the RoleAs a Home Health Aide with CareConnect, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities. This includes bathing, oral care, dressing, and other essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and record vital signs, reporting any deviations and assisting with medication management under nurse supervision.
- Aid clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring to and from beds, chairs, and assisting with walking aids.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dish washing, and maintaining the client's living environment.
- Effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare team members while maintaining accurate records of care and client status.
Qualifications:
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is required, along with completion of a training program approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- In good standing, holding a current, valid certificate as a Home Health Aide issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work locations.
