Job Title: Bilingual Trauma Recovery Clinician

Astor Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Trauma Recovery Clinician to join our team. As a member of our Trauma Recovery Center, you will play a critical role in providing trauma-informed psychotherapy and assertive case management services to victims of interpersonal violence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and provide individual, family, collateral, and group therapy sessions to survivors of violence.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans using effective practices for underserved populations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients and families, including sessions at office, through telehealth, in clients' homes, or in the community.
  • Collaborate with community partners to reach survivors from underserved communities and provide services in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in trauma-informed care.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D./Psy.D., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with trauma survivors, particularly those from underserved populations.
  • Certification or training in evidence-based clinical trauma treatment, such as TF-CBT or DBT.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
