Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client

  2. Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments

  3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

  4. Educate clients and their families on proper rehabilitation techniques and strategies for optimal health and independence

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey
  • Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records preferred
