Role Description
    As an Operations Director at Southern States Food Service Inc, you will be responsible for leading our logistics team and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics function. This includes managing incoming calls, tracking service technicians' movements, coordinating with suppliers, and installing equipment throughout the United States. You will also be responsible for contributing to the growth of the business into new markets and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
    Your primary responsibilities as an Operations Director will include:

  • Tracking service technicians' movements via GPS systems and monitoring their activities through specialized software.

  • Installing equipment throughout the United States.
  • Contributing to the growth of the business into new markets.

Requirements
    To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using laptops, iPads, cell phones, desktops, and various software applications. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
