We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiatrist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement a treatment plan to improve and enhance patient well-being.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
