Data Insights Analyst

At Westfield, we're seeking a talented Data Insights Analyst to join our Analytic Insights and Reporting team. As an intern, you'll collaborate with experienced Analysts to understand business questions from leaders, identify, extract, and transform relevant data, and communicate insights and the "WHYs" using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the business unit in completing tasks assigned to them, including project work and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate progress, challenges, and ideas.
- Work on projects that provide opportunities to collaborate with other interns and associates in other departments.
- Hands-on experience working with Business Leaders to understand how different units function.
- Insight into how data-driven decisions are made in real-world scenarios.
