About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team at Cascade Industries. As an IT Consultant - Identity and Access Management Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in implementing their Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers in analyzing their IAM landscape and providing valuable input for solution conception
  • Act as the central point of contact between support, development, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Solve complex customer problems with ease, while juggling multiple tasks and maintaining an overview of the project
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to junior consultants, setting a high standard for excellence
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in the IAM field, with a strong understanding of IT security concepts
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization (SAML, OIDC, permission group modeling, etc.)
  • Familiarity with architecture and compliance guidelines
  • Strong English and German skills (B2 level)
