About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordination Associate to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, confirming eligibility, and determining transportation requirements. You will utilize scheduling software to manage recurring, short notice, and future trip scheduling, troubleshoot transportation issues with healthcare facilities and health plan personnel, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Answer/handle incoming phone calls and other communication in a timely manner">
  • Copy, type, email communication, and distribution of all documentation">
  • Interact with team members, other GMR personnel, health care members, and health care providers">
  • Learn and develop proficiency with GMR Transportation computer applications">
  • Assist with managing recurring, short notice trips associated with Lyft eligible members">
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of six (6) consecutive months of employment with one employer in the last four (4) years, experience in a high stress and high call volume center preferred, and prior dispatch/routing experience is preferred. You must also possess effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, critical thinking/problem solving skills, ability to manage and provide follow-up on projects/tasks, set priorities, proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), ability to multi-task with minimal supervision, and ability to learn and understand various computer programs.
