Key Responsibilities:
As a technician, you will:
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Provide recommendations for new equipment to enhance customer value
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities
  • Focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions
  • Engage in safety training and comply with all safety protocols
  • Handle equipment weighing at least 50lbs consistently


Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of service experience, preferably in commercial settings
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • The capability to manage heavy equipment
