  • ">Center for Social Dynamics is currently seeking a skilled professional for a part-time position as a Behavior Specialist. This role involves implementing evidence-based mental health services and Applied Behavioral Analysis programs to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other co-morbid developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting sessions, writing thorough notes, and communicating schedule changes to the clinical team immediately. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver personalized, professional, evidence-based behavioral and developmental services to each participant. About the Job:

  • ">As a Behavior Specialist, your duties will include conducting sessions, writing thorough notes, and communicating schedule changes to the clinical team immediately. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff. It is essential to note that you will be traveling to various locations, including centers, homes, and community settings, to deliver services. A H.S. Diploma or GED is required, along with reliable transportation. New hire training conducted online and in person is also necessary. Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID) is mandatory. Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment.
