Position Summary:
As a Safety and Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of our patrons, staff, and property. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, including hotel, gaming areas, and outdoor spaces, to identify potential disturbances, illegal activities, or safety risks.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies in line with established laws and company policies.
  • Ensuring the security of all keys and sensitive areas.
  • Completing necessary documentation related to daily activities and incidents.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Physical capabilities including lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, and engaging in moderate to strenuous physical activity.
  • Prior experience in security, particularly within the gaming industry, is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record may be required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
