POSITION SUMMARY:
The Electromechanical Assembly Technician is responsible for executing both routine and intricate assembly tasks, requiring meticulous and precise manual dexterity to uphold the standards of assembly efficiency and quality.
Adheres to all safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
Receives and organizes components for assembly in a systematic manner.
Conducts assembly or testing of electrical components utilizing careful hand-eye coordination and specialized equipment.
Assembles various configurations of in-house standard products.
Follows detailed assembly and testing instructions, including color coding and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Employs basic hand tools and power tools, along with advanced jigs and fixtures.
Records work hours in the ERP system (Currently SAP).
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and performs daily housekeeping and 5S audits to support ongoing enhancement initiatives.
Keeps work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition.
Contributes positively to team performance and organizational objectives.
Addresses both internal and external customer requirements and expectations effectively.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - FORMAL EDUCATION Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Required:
Capable of reading and interpreting complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point drawings.
Skilled in the use of hand tools.
