Job Description

Elevated Protection Group LLC is seeking a professional Unarmed Security Officer to protect our premises, assets, and employees. This role requires a strong understanding of public safety and security procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security threats
  • Monitor access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility, safeguarding our assets and employees
  • Remove unauthorized individuals from the premises, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
  • Operate surveillance equipment to identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
  • Respond to reports of suspicious activity, taking prompt action to resolve situations efficiently
  • Prepare detailed reports on daily activities and any security incidents, providing valuable insights to enhance our security protocols
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is highly valued, demonstrating a strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
  • Valid registration as a security officer, obtained once hired, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • High school diploma/GED, reflecting a solid educational foundation and commitment to personal development
  • Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures, enabling effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability, facilitating clear and concise incident reporting
  • Ability to operate surveillance equipment, leveraging technology to enhance security effectiveness
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of ethics and behavior
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills, detecting potential security risks and preventing incidents
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, exercising independence and self-motivation
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, reflecting the value we place on skilled and dedicated security professionals like you. Additionally, you can expect a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
