Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

This Diagnostic Imaging Specialist position requires a skilled professional to provide high-quality radiological services to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic radiology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic radiological procedures with minimal supervision
• Select and operate equipment as directed
• Provide protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards
• Process films and perform quality control tests
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospital and departmental rules and regulations
Requirements:
• High school diploma and graduate of an accredited radiology program
• Licensed by the state of New York in diagnostic radiology
• ARRT registration
• Basic life certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
