Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Quality Talent Group. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to individuals requiring specialized judgment and skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, responding promptly to changes or complications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a Neuro ICU setting.
