Hospitality Ambassador

Sahm's Smokehouse is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Expo. As a Host/Expo, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, guiding guests to their tables, taking reservations, and answering phone calls. You will also be responsible for quoting proper wait times, ensuring guests are seated in a manner that allows servers to properly take care of their needs, and maintaining a clean and presentable lobby area. Additional duties may include completing side work prior to the end of your shift and performing other tasks as deemed necessary by your manager. To be successful in this role, you must possess good verbal communication and phone etiquette skills, be at least 16 years of age, and be able to stand for at least 4 hours per shift. Prior customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.
