Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Margaret Mary Health. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective treatment of cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prescribed radiation therapy according to treatment plans and protocols.
  • Position patients accurately and safely on the linear accelerator and CT simulator.
  • Verify treatment marks and ensure correct treatment delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete radiation treatment records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Indiana.
  • Previous experience in Radiation Oncology preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
