Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time LPC Resident in Counseling to join our team in McLean, VA. As a Resident, you will work under the supervision of a licensed clinician, gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling services to clients, working under the supervision of a licensed clinician
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations, as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a Resident in Counseling
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
