Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDL driver to transport materials to and from specified destinations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions with precision and care.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety hazards, performing preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Comply with all D.O.T. requirements and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Report defects, accidents, or violations, maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
Requirements
  • Tanker endorsement required; HazMat preferred.
  • Valid Class A CDL license.
  • Current DOT medical card/registered with state.
  • Registered with FMCSA drug and alcohol clearinghouse.
  • Proven work experience as a truck driver preferred.
  • Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
  • No recent moving or driving violations.
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations.
  • Willingness to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations.
