Providence Real Estate Development, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Residential Construction Professional to join our team as a Field Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in multiple residential construction communities and contribute to the success of our projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential construction management, with a focus on scheduling and maintaining construction schedules, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • The ability to read and understand blueprints and civil engineering drawings is essential.

  • Scheduling and maintaining construction schedules, including updates and adjustments as needed, will be a critical responsibility.
  • Managing subcontractor relationships and adherence to contracted Scopes of Work is vital.
  • Timely installation of utility services to homes is also a critical task.
  • Municipal inspections and relationship management with the Municipality will be handled by the successful candidate.
  • Training others in company processes and policies will be an important aspect of the job.
  • Material deliveries will need to be coordinated.
  • Ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations and company policies is mandatory.
  • A clean, protected, and secure project site at the end of each day is a must.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of residential construction management experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word is necessary.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory, while a college degree is preferred.
  • An extensive knowledge of construction methods and techniques for various trades is essential.
  • A goal-oriented individual with excellent organization skills is needed.
  • The ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders is a requirement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
  • The ability to move materials and equipment weighing in excess of 50lbs is necessary.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
