Position Overview
As a Fitness Membership Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Health and Fitness Center's membership options. This position is PRN/OCC, with hours and shifts that may vary.

Our Health and Fitness Center is recognized as a premier fitness destination, offering an extensive range of amenities including group fitness classes, indoor and outdoor tennis, heated pools, and various sports facilities. We pride ourselves on being a five-star health club, providing exceptional services and programs for individuals and families alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets, focusing on reducing attrition and enhancing member satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate completion of all membership sales documentation and timely submission of paperwork.
- Conduct informative and engaging tours of the facility for potential members and guests.
- Stay informed about all center programs, equipment, staff, policies, and pricing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new members, including scheduling orientations and assisting with class and program selections.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and facility goals.
Qualifications
Education: No specific educational requirements; however, a combination of formal education and relevant work experience is preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field may be given preference.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Licensure: No licensure requirements.
