Deck Supervisor

• Lead and motivate a team of instructors and deck teachers to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our students.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck for each shift, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
• Evaluate the performance of instructors and deck teachers, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them improve.
• Interact with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and provide updates on their child's development.
• Act as a liaison between the pool operations team and the front desk, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the pool facility, ensuring that it meets our high standards of safety and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the pool operations team to ensure that all necessary chemicals and equipment are in place.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience as a swim instructor or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Physical stamina to work in a pool environment, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
