Hunting Outfitter

The Sales Outfitter provides exceptional customer service and sales support for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms at Bass Pro Shops. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

• Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assists customers in making informed buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail store, replenishes product on shelves as required, and remains knowledgeable about advertised sales and pricing.
• Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves and maintains a clean, neat, and well-stocked work area.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, and performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail sales.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
