Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Sound Physicians. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading medical teams, and driving clinical excellence in our hospital medicine program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Lead medical teams, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to improve patient care and reduce readmissions
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and other stakeholders to drive quality improvement initiatives and achieve clinical excellence
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospital medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
