About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and empathetic Mental Health Technician to join our team. In this critical role, you'll work closely with our registered nurses to provide supportive care to patients with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that promote patient well-being and independence
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
