Job Summary:
As a Lane Server at Bowlero, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking food and beverage orders, delivering them promptly, and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to guests in a timely manner.
  • Review orders for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Accept payment and make change as needed.
  • Check back with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with their experience.
  • Clean tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar.
  • Set up, stock, and organize your work area to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Learn the menu and be able to answer questions from guests.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
