Position Overview:
Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering physician-recommended Physical therapy aimed at improving or alleviating residual physical disabilities of patients. This role involves maintaining ongoing communication with Physicians, the healthcare team, and other relevant individuals regarding patient care and status. The Physical Therapist collaborates in developing and adjusting the plan of care as necessary, while also communicating with PT+ regarding any issues related to rehabilitation services and patient care.
What We Provide:
$75 per visit
Flexible scheduling options
Supportive management team.
Qualifications:
Preferred two (2) years of experience.
Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York.
Graduate from a physical therapist program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or its successor organizations.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and independent judgment.Join our team
