Job Title: Land Development Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Timmons Group. As a key member of our Land Development Group, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop project plans, specifications, and estimates using relevant software and technology.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
  • Professional registration (P.E.) in Virginia or other states where Timmons Group operates.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience with CADD and/or Civil 3D software, as well as office support software.
