About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team at Karn Custom Woodwork. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing project takeoffs and soliciting prices from vendors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  2. Develop project takeoffs for inclusion in bids.
  3. Quantify stonework according to company procedures.
  4. Update project pricing based on revised contract drawings.
  5. Research and request product pricing for various project bid aspects.

You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Associate degree in Drafting or Construction Management.
  • Proficiency in Measure Square, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
