**Job Overview:** Park Groundskeeper - Maintenance and Landscaping

We are seeking a skilled Park Groundskeeper - Maintenance and Landscaping to join our team at Pleasant Harbor RV Resort and Marina. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the resort's grounds and facilities are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of lawns, gardens, and landscaping features
  • Cleaning and maintaining pools and spas
  • Operate power equipment, including mowers, blowers, and chain saws
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities
  • Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in maintenance and landscaping
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
