Tram Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tram Operator to join our team at Hersheypark. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the park, ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Operate a large utility vehicle to transport guests to and from the park, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading, including those with wheelchairs and strollers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Effectively communicate with guests via a public address system, providing clear and concise information about park attractions and events.
• Control traffic in tram areas, maintaining a safe and orderly environment for all.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Required to complete pre-employment drug testing and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of eight hours worked every two pay periods.
• Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
