Job Title: Nurse (LPN/LVN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our dynamic team at Epiphany Dermatology. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the growth of our dermatology services company.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient patient flow, collecting and documenting patient information, and delivering patient care per provider orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain efficient patient flow and support patient safety and satisfaction
  • Collect and document patient information, clinical data, and other relevant details accurately and timely
  • Respond to care questions or complaints to immediately resolve
  • Deliver patient care per provider orders, based on practice guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Maintain and use principles of aseptic techniques and infection control standards
  • Practice strict adherence to all OSHA standards
  • Operate clinical equipment according to equipment guidelines
  • Perform time-sensitive delegated tasks, including requests for prescription refills, EHR alerts, and messages
  • Order, stock, and maintain exam rooms and supply storage areas using par levels of supplies, medications, linens, forms, and equipment
  • Monitor expiration dates and act accordingly
  • Participate in staff meetings and provide constructive input for improvements and solutions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Current active and unrestricted RN state license
  • Ability to adjust personal availability according to volume changes and activity surges
  • Ability to adhere to a compliance program and HIPAA standards and policies
  • Maintains LVN/LPN certification in accordance with national recertification requirements (as required by state)
  • Able to receive and apply constructive input for performance improvement and growth
  • Experience with EHR systems - not required but highly desired
