Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sportsbook Ticket Writer to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Sportsbook Ticket Writer, you will be responsible for creating and managing sportsbook tickets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wagering Ticket Creation: Create and manage sportsbook tickets for guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cash Handling: Collect and process cash transactions, making change as necessary.
  • Drawer Balancing: Verify and balance drawer funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Window Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Shift End Procedures: Accurately record and turn in cash and necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in money handling and customer service is preferred.
  • Licensing: Must possess a Colorado Division of Gaming Support license.
  • Skills: Basic mathematical skills, data entry skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, directed, and able to work well in a team environment.
