We are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible adult or child psychiatrist to join our team as a medical director. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical directorship and a strong clinical background.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing staffing, medical services, and psychiatric services
- Directing a team of 5 LPNs, 1 Nurse Supervisor, and 2 psychiatrists
- Providing primary care at our Lancaster, PA office, with the option to commute to our other office locations
We are looking for a highly qualified psychiatrist with:
- Board certification or eligibility in adult or child psychiatry
- Medical director experience preferred
