We are seeking an experienced Employment Defense Attorney to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our labor and employment practice, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on employment law matters to our clients, defending our clients in court, and representing them in litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and advise on legal issues related to employment law
  • Draft legal documents and counsel clients on employment law matters
  • Represent clients in court and during litigation
  • Develop strategies to defend clients' interests
Requirements:
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • At least 5 years of experience in employment law, litigation, and trial
  • Expertise in employment law, wage and hour class action, and PAGA representative action
  • Experience in proceedings before the labor commissioner, EEOC, and other government agencies
