Position Overview:
- Work schedule consists of 4 days in the clinic, totaling 36 patient-facing hours, with an additional 4 hours on the 5th day designated for administrative tasks from home.
- On-call responsibilities are phone-only and shared in a 1:10 rotation.
- Behavioral health services are integrated on-site.
- Facility offers ancillary services such as laboratory, radiology, cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedics, endocrinology, wound care, and physical therapy.
- Utilize a care-team model with RNs and clinical MAs assisting with in-basket support.
- Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Practice includes 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider.
- Manage a patient load of 14-16 individuals per day.
- Electronic Medical Records system: Epic.
- Credentialing process typically takes 90 days.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a leadership background to support the leadership aspects of the role.
- This position requires in-person attendance; telemedicine is not an option.
- Visa candidates will not be considered.
- Permanent placement is required; locum tenens candidates will not be accepted.
