Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, including scheduling and prioritizing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available for maintenance and repairs.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulic equipment maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting and repair. Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Training and Certifications: Knowledge of ISO 13485 and cGMP procedures, and ability to handle pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
