Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing quality programs, projects, and processes to meet ISO9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Conduct internal audits and assist with certification audits, customer audits, and inspections.Review and maintain quality procedures, protocols, and technical documents to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and other applicable quality requirements and company objectives.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from nonconformance reports and maintain records related to quality activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in various aspects of quality management, including documentation, testing, audit, and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate closely with product developers and other departments involved in Design Control, actively contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance measures.
Assist with quality assurance initiatives for various internal projects and processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, or equivalent degree in the Sciences.
Strong interest in Quality Assurance required.
Preferred:
Some laboratory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated professional integrity with confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
