Senior Physical Therapy Assistant

CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a unique healthcare provider that specializes in empowering individuals to stay active, healthy, and mobile without pain pills or procedures.
We're seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced physical therapists and assist with client care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about physical therapy and wants to make a real transformation in people's lives. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.
In this role, you'll have the chance to:
- Support our full-time PTs by assisting with clients and learning from their complex cases
- Perform Shockwave therapy treatments on clients in a variable daily schedule (training provided)
- Receive on-the-job Pilates teacher training and assist our Director of Pilates in teaching Pilates classes and specialized Pilates programs for select populations
- Learn and support the front office team with scheduling and future pacing of client needs
- See a reasonable caseload of 6-8 patients per day (pending successful 6-mos training program with one of our specialists)
- Have one-on-one mentorship and training meetings every week - no matter your experience or skill level
