Requirements
  • Graduate of a School of Practical Nursing
  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio
  • Successful completion of an LPN IV therapy course with proof of certification
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Effective communication skills and basic computer skills
