The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and implement care, and demonstrating competency in nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and implement care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Provide education and support to residents and families
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
