Landscape Supervisor

Landscaping by J. Michael is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to enhance our dedicated team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in landscape installation and management
• Proficient understanding of horticultural practices, methods, and materials
• Must possess a valid Driver's License; CDL is a plus
• Ability to interpret and execute landscape designs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to evolving priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and engage in daily landscaping operations
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols
• Conduct inspections of tools and vehicles
• Recognize opportunities for landscape improvements
• Maintain communication with management
• Document daily activities and progress

Work Environment Expectations:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
• Capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 55+ pounds
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Potential for additional work during off-peak seasons
