Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer - Manufacturing and Assembly Expert. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and manufacturing complex metal components and assemblies for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new metal components and assemblies using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
