Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water and Technology Industry Specialist to join our team at Brown and Caldwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing personal relationships with target client's key personnel, and in areas of sector growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general environmental trends in the water sector (e.g., water reuse and sustainability) as well as market specific trends (e.g., Technology in the Environment), and a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering services, specifically working on water/wastewater treatment facilities in the power and/or data center infrastructure markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to win pursuits.
  • Identify the best teaming partners.
  • Assist in recruiting staff to maintain growth - this includes identification of key performers who will help increase capabilities to correlate with the market.
  • Advise on career development of staff - identify high potential performers/leaders.
