  • Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
  • Therapy Services: Provide evidence-based therapy services to improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Education and Collaboration: Educate students, families, and healthcare professionals on speech-language disorders, therapy techniques, and strategies for improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical work.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.
  • Licensure: State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
