Role Overview:
As a vital member of our Skilled Nursing team, CNAs collaborate closely with residents and support nursing leaders. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your clinical expertise in direct patient care under the guidance of our experienced nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Adhere to the treatment plans for residents, assisting with activities such as toileting, mobility, eating, dressing, and range of motion exercises.
- Support rehabilitative nursing care in alignment with resident care plans.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to a Supervisor.
Attributes of Successful CNAs:
- Valid NYS CNA certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Genuine empathy and sensitivity towards the geriatric population
